Who is this site for?
This site was created for students attending an institution of higher education (including community colleges, private and public universities, and medical schools) in the state of Oregon, and their support people (friends, loved ones, etc.).
I am a visiting student from another country, can I get support?
Yes. All students attending college or universities in Oregon may receive support resources, and report their experiences with violence.
Can I still get support if I am attending school online/virtually?
Yes. All students in Oregon deserve and are eligible for support & reporting resources, no matter how you are attending classes.
I am not sure if what I experienced was sexual harassment/assault. Can I still receive help?

What if I am under the age of 18?

Can students that are trans get support, or report to their school?
Yes. Students that are trans deserve and are eligible for all support & reporting resources.
I am not a student, but was harmed by a current student…can I receive support?

I am under 21, and was using drugs or alcohol when I was assaulted…will I get in trouble if I report what happened to me to law enforcement?
No. Oregon law provides amnesty (protections) for students reporting sexual harassment and assault.
